Actually he doesn’t have Tumblr, so he only sees what comes up on my dash and needless to say, I follow blogs with a lot of Kpop gifs.

I think if you’d asked the guys a year or so ago if they liked any Kpop, they would have both answered in a negative way. Since they have both come back to Korea they are liking more Kpop now. Right now Mr Gwon is listening to a lot of stuff from ‘Show Me the Money’ the Hip Hop elimination show, but he is also listening to Block B, A Pink, Sistar and Hyuna right now.
We cut it out of the video because it got too long, but the guys also talked about seeing more people talking about sex and sexuality on Korean TV which they both agreed was overall a positive thing. Also that seeing celebrities being open about sex and normal life, made them respect them more. Mr Gwon in particular wants Korea to have more openness about sex and sexual health.
Some people might not get this comic… Basically YG is the Entertainment company of huge groups like Big Bang and those that like one group in YG tend to like everyone in YG.
Winner is the new group debuting and Mr Gwon was making fun of me always favouring YG artists, but then proceeds to listen to a song by Bobby, that he did on the TV show ‘Show me the money,’ who is also in YG Entertainment! So he is a hypocrite. Makes fun of me listening to YG artists and then immediately goes and listens to someone from YG.
Actually he just likes to rile me up. I am listening to Winner right now and he is like, “What’s that? Winner? That’s why it sucks.” He hasn’t even listened to anything properly, he is just trying to get a reaction.

Usually it’s not hard to stay up… usually I’d be still working at midnight, but I’m still recovering from the weekend in Seoul.

New Kpop Comments! He did talk about how much training After School had to do for this video clip but it got chopped… as did some of his other comments about things like what other meaning “butchers” has in Korean….
So overall, well done to After School for learning how to do that, but unfortunately it would have been better with a different song.
Some people can have this idea that if you have a Korean boyfriend or husband that it will be non-stop listening to Kpop. Yeah…. probably not. Often he likes to listen to music I’d rather never hear again. We did compromise this time though, he listened to old Korean pop music instead.
