Sick Day

Sick Day

Koreans say “Zombie” as “Jombie”.

Make sure you marry someone who still loves you on your worst days! Though I am possibly this sick because he opened lots of umbrellas inside! (Joking).

Spring colds are the worst! You know when you can’t speak because your throat is so sore? Or your nose is so runny all the can do is jam tissues up there to try and stop it? Ughhhhhh

Shopping with my Mum

Shopping with mum

This comic is actually a bit incorrect. In real life he’d be the one holding the shopping basket and everything because he has to show respect to his elders. He always carries things for my parents.

Anyway, he noticed some similarities to the way my mum shops and the way I do…. haha. If it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t be saving much money… My mum might spend her money easily but she also makes more money than us. My husband is much more like my father, always buying the cheapest stuff.

Sleeping Position

Sleeping Position

He wasn’t happy when he woke up to the sound of me taking a photo!

He often sleeps with his legs up in the air somehow, but his favourite sleeping position is his hands behind his head and his elbow in my face…

What about you guys? Do you sleep weirdly? I’m usually just a side sleeper.

Eating Sushi

Eating Sushi

Sushi places are almost always run by Koreans here. But when you enter, the employees always greet you in Japanese and then go right back to talking in Korean to each other.

My husband prefers me to order in these situations because even though he knows they are Korean and they probably know he is Korean, he feels he has to speak in English to them and it makes him feel awkward. It’s really different to Korean restaurants where they are expecting him to just speak in Korean.
